In order to achieve these outcomes, I created a proprietary system that enabled me to quickly assess and prioritise something I refer to as 'go-to-market debt'.
I call this system "The Scale Audit."

In 2021, I began my boutique consulting practice for founders of early-stage enterprise B2B SaaS startups who are prepared to do the work to evolve from founder-led sales and build world-class GTM orgs.
I was born in Malta (a small but mighty island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea) under the British flag, into a military family. I was the first in my family to go to university, spent my formative years between the UK and Germany, and for the first 18 years of my professional life I called London, England home.
Since 2017, the San Francisco Bay Area has been and continues to be our home.
During those 20+ years, I rose rapidly from top performing enterprise AE, to 4x sales leader and 2x Silicon Valley CRO in some of the world's fastest growing early-stage B2B SaaS companies.
